I teach a project management related course at Creighton University and would like to introduce the students to the SureTrak software which I used extensively in my former engineering career. Do you have a student software package available ?

SureTrak is a discontinued project. Like the developers said, you can use another application that substitutes the SureTrak's functionality.
Here's what they say about this: "SureTrak is a retired product that is no longer supported. If you are looking for an upgrade path from SureTrak, our expert schedulers recommend Phoenix Project Manager."
In previous versions of Windows, my mouse scroll would work with Suretrak. I now have Windows 10 and it will not scroll any longer. In fact, that function would not work with Windows 7. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The problem with the application is availability. The software is listed as being commercial, but there is no page to reach in case something bad happens with the software. In fact, this application was discontinued by the developer. This means you won't get support in case a feature is not working or you encounter functionality issues.
If you still have the software installed, go to Help > About and use that info to contact the developers (i.e. Oracle).
The Primavera SureTrak Project Manager 3.0 software is not compatible with Windows 8.1. The platforms that can run this program are Windows NT, 98, 2000 , Me, and 95.
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to convert/change a SureTrak schedule to P6.8, but you can import the SureTrak file to Oracle Primavera P6.8. If you have both SureTrack and Primavera software installed on your computer, save the SureTrack file on your desktop as a P3 file and then open Primavera. From the File menu select Import, click Primavera Project Planner P3, browse for the P3 file, select it and press Open. Decide on Combine or Separate Projects, select the EPS position and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have problems, I recommend you check the first link from Google search engine.
No, it isn't. The application is used in Windows environments. It connects to a service for online operations but it does not work in a cloud computing environment.

Is SureTrak cloud-based and real time tracking?
No, it isn't. The application is used in Windows environments. It connects to a service for online operations but it does not work in a cloud computing environment.
